Green Heart Hostel - Lisbon

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. I loved the kitchen setup and the free coffee machine. I highly recommend this hostel.

I had a great stay at Green Heart! The location was convenient for exploring the city and the facilities werenice and neat. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area, made my sightseeing much easier. I appreciated the option to store my luggage before check-in so I could start exploring right away. The kitchen was well-equipped and I enjoyed making my own meals. The bed in my room was comfortable and I felt safe staying in a mixed dorm. I would highly recommend this place for its convenience, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere.

The staff was great, always helpful and smiling. Cleaning ladies did an excellent job keeping everything tidy. Close to restaurants, cafes, and mini market. Conveniently located close to metro station. Fully equipped kitchen on the 4th floor.

The transfer service to the airport was really good, even at the early hour of 3am, thanks to a great driver. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep.

The location of the hostel is excellent, being very close to the city center and conveniently located between two metro stops on a main street. It is also easily accessible as it is very close to subway stations. the rooms and bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with hot water and bath mats provided. the staff provide excellent service, being accommodating, cheerful, and fluent in English. the breakfast at the hostel is outstanding, with a variety of options including yoghurt, berries, nuts, seeds.

Some guests mentioned in their reviews that the kitchen area is closed at 11 pm and guests are rudely told to go elsewhere.
